Overlooking the aromatic coffee plantations, are silver, areca nut, and soap nut trees along with a number of fruit-bearing trees like jackfruit, lemon, mango, tamarind, and star fruit. The estate features various trails with water streams flowing through the pathways. If you visit around the end of March, you will witness rain showers, which are also called bloom showers, as these help the coffee flowers to bloom.

At an altitude of 1895 m, Baba Budangiri is one of the top places for trekking in Karnataka. Baba Budangiri Hills are also famous for their unique forest ranges. This mountain range proudly exhibits one of the highest mountain peaks. At a short distance from Budangiri hill are three popular waterfalls – Gada Theertha, Kamana Theertha, and Nellikayi Theertha.
